Overview

Q3 focuses on three strategic pillars: accelerating onboarding, deepening integrations with enterprise tools, and shipping the new reporting suite. Each initiative below maps to one of these pillars.

Key initiatives

1. Onboarding v2

A complete redesign of the new-user flow with interactive checklists, contextual tooltips, and a guided first-project setup. Target: reduce time-to-value from 7 days to under 48 hours.

2. Enterprise integrations

Deepen Salesforce, Jira, and ServiceNow connectors with bi-directional sync, field mapping, and audit logging. Required for three pending enterprise contracts.

3. Reporting suite

Custom dashboards, scheduled exports, and embeddable charts. Builds on the analytics infrastructure shipped in Q2.
